- Call the custodian where your retirement plan is currently held
- Instruct them that you would like to roll your balance to an IRA
- New Trustee/Custodian name is TD Ameritrade
- Your Rollover IRA account number(s) will be provided under separate cover
- This is a 9-digit number, generally starting with a "9"
- You can also find it on the top, right of your monthly statement
- Also is view-able via your web login
- Check PAYABLE TO TD AMERITRADE can be mailed to:

- Alternatively, if the financial institution is in the United States, funds can be wired to:
