Instructions for Rolling Over Assets

If Your Rollover is Held at Schwab:

• Call the custodian where your retirement plan is currently held
• Instruct them that you would like to roll your balance to an IRA (specifically, an "outside" IRA).
• New Trustee/Custodian name is Charles Schwab & Co
• Your Rollover IRA account number needs to be indicated on the Memo Line of the check (or on the payee line)
  • This is an 8-digit number with a dash in the middle. You can call the office if you need this number 781-834-2010
  • You can also find your account number on the top, left of your monthly statement next to the Schwab logo
  • It is also view-able via your web login
• Check PAYABLE TO Charles Schwab & Co can be mailed to our office: 
  • c/o McNamara Financial Services
  • 1020 Plain Street, Suite 200
  • Marshfield, MA 02050
• Alternatively, the check can be mailed directly to Schwab: Charles Schwab & Co., P.O. Box 628290, Orlando, Florida 32862

• Instruct them that you would like to roll your balance to an IRA (specifically, and "outside" IRA).
• New Trustee/Custodian name is Pershing LLC
• Your Rollover IRA account number needs to be indicated on the Memo Line of the check (or on the payee line)
  • This is a 9-letter/digit number. You can call the office if you need this number 781-834-2010
  • You can also find your account number on the top, right of your monthly statement under the date.
  • It is also view-able via your web login
• Check PAYABLE TO PERSHING LLC can be mailed to our office:
